Niaron strives to set and maintain the highest of industry standards and our goal for every project is to be incident and injury-free.
We are very proud to have an A-Grade SafeTCert and have a workforce who are continuously identifying ideas for new safety initiatives to help improve our Health & Safety practices throughout the company.
We ensure our technical accomplishments are supported by an excellent health and safety record. In-house and subcontractor education and training programmes promote a positive and conscientious health and safety environment whilst establishing clear expectations, responsibilities and guidelines.
Over the last 20 years, Niaron has heavily invested in training on Managing Safety in Construction (accredited by Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH)), First Aid, Safe Pass, Construction Plant Competence Scheme (CPCS) and Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) for all operatives. Accident reduction is reinforced by the training and appointment of staff to site-specific roles. Niaron is also a corporate member of National Irish Safety Organisation (NISO).
In 2018 we employed our first ever Health, Safety & Environmental Officer and this will help us ensure our Health, Safety & Environmental practices meet the highest standards.
