Co-Founder

As Co-Founding Director of Niaron Ltd, Ronan has over 25 years experience in delivering Civil, Marine, and Utility Infrastructure to the built environment. Having always lived in Foynes, Ronan has great local knowledge and being involved in sailing, has a very good knowledge of the Shannon Estuary and the working ports. Ronan is integral to all contracts undertaken, but in particular works for Shannon Foynes Port Company both on and along the Shannon Estuary, ESB Networks, Irish Cement and Aughinish Alumina Ltd. 

​Ronan is highly effective in liaising and producing methodologies that allow both construction work and Client operations to be undertaken simultaneously. He has managed our civil work contracts for SFPC since 2000. Some of the projects have entailed jetty repairs, fender replacements, under jetty potable and fire main upgrades, flood defence, piling, precast and concrete deck installation, deep drainage, road rehabilitation, pontoon refurbishment, crane operations and ship discharging.
