Niall Keane, a native of Foynes, Co. Limerick, set up as a sole trader in his late teens after studying Construction Studies Tralee IT in 1994.
Niall’s responsibilities have ranged from Aircraft Technician to Project Manager and Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS) and his industry
specialisations include Traffic Management Design.

Ronan Keane, younger brother of Niall, set up as sole trader in 1998 having studied Mechanical Engineering in Limerick IT. Gaining a solid skillset in the civil
engineering industry after leaving college, Ronan’s professional background incorporates the roles of Project Manager and Chief Operation Officer.

Over the years, Niall and Ronan accrued vital experience with Irish Cement, Bord na Móna, ESB Networks, Shannon/Foynes Port Company (SFPC),
Irish Agricultural Wholesale Society (IAWS), Shannon Aerospace, Energyst (Caterpillar), CPL Fuels, Aggreko and Shannon/Foynes Maintenance Company.

Recognising their complimentary skills, shared values and passion for performance, quality and value, Niall and Ronan made the natural decision to
go into business together. Synergising their expertise, the brothers founded a private limited construction and civil engineering company in November 2000.
A merge of their first names, “Niaron” reflects the power of partnership.

Niaron has continually thrived and grown through the adverse industry conditions of the last 20 years. With Niall and Ronan serving as company directors,
the business employs 30 permanent staff members as well as numerous subcontractors.
